The volleyball court and the Links at Parkville Apartment playground are found on the block between NW Player Drive and NW Lema Drive consisting of different floor plans and apartment units per building. At the next road at NW Lema Drive are found the clubhouse and the swimming pool.

Along NW Player Drive, the 4-plex apartments are constructed on slightly elevated ground with wide wooden ground floor and second floor balconies. The children’s playground and volleyball are located on this road next to the swimming pool on the other side of the road. There are residences painted with apple green walls here.
